The FIRST MCV 600 is a three-axis vertical machining center with Fanuc control, BT40 spindle and 24-tool automatic changer. Travels of 610 x 500 x 510 mm and a 1,000 x 460 mm table give it useful room for plates, fixtures, housings and general prismatic work without the footprint of a large machining center.
The enclosed FIRST MCV 600 is fitted with a Fanuc control, T-slotted table, vertical spindle, coolant equipment and a carousel automatic tool changer. Toolholders, measuring accessories and workshop tooling are documented with the machine, together with a populated electrical cabinet and an external oil-cooling unit.
Chips, coolant residue, staining and paint wear are visible in the enclosure and work area. The exact tooling scope and machine functions should be confirmed before purchase.
With 6,000 rpm spindle speed and a 7.5 kW spindle motor, the machine is suited to mixed workshop production, toolmaking, repair work and small-batch subcontract machining. The separately documented toolholders and measuring equipment may add value, but the final list must be agreed with the quotation.
